My Favorite Podcasts: Inspirational, Informative, and Fun!

I love listening to podcasts during my commute, at work and while I’m walking my dog. I love that I can multitask and absorb knowledge while performing my daily tasks. In this post, I wanted to share my favorite podcasts that are inspirational, informative and fun! Since I listen to all of these podcasts on a daily basis, I feel like I am friends with the hosts! It makes my work days go by so much faster and I am learning so much! I highly encourage you to give these podcasts a try! If you do, let me know what you think and happy listening!

How To Be Awesome at Everything with Lindsay Dickhout

Lindsay is a successful entrepreneur, amazing mom and a good friend. Her new podcast explores a variety of different topics: for example how to be awesome at having good reactions or how to be awesome at being the happiest person in the room. Lindsay is fun to listen to, full of energy and so inspirational. I love listening to this podcast while I’m at work and can’t wait for more episodes!

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

Jay Shetty’s message to the world is so positive and inspirational. He is a former monk that shares his philosophies and wisdom with the world through his podcast. Jay has fascinating conversations with a variety of guests. I love listening to his podcast when I need a little extra motivation. One of my favorite episodes from his podcast is where he interviews his wife. In the episode, they share their story: from how they met to how they keep succeeding at their relationship. I highly suggest you listen to it!

The Ikonns

The Ikonns is hosted by Mimi and Alex Ikonn. Mimi and Alex are married to each other and run few successful businesses together. I’ve been a fan of their content ever since I discovered them on YouTube. On the podcast, they discuss a wide a range of topics that can help listeners lead a better life: from how to run a successful business to how to get out of your comfort zone.

The School of Greatness with Lewis Howes

Lewis Howes is a formal professional football player, record holding athlete and an entrepreneur . On his podcast, The School of Greatness, Lewis interviews interesting guests and asks them in depth and personal questions. This podcast is very inspiring and every episode is filled with something new to learn.

The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast

This podcast is hosted by another couple, Lauryn Evarts & Michael Bosstick Lauryn is a successful entrepreneur and creator of the The Skinny Confidential brand. In addition to the podcast, she writes a blog and creates YouTube views. Michael Bosstick is also an entrepreneur and brand builder. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Dear Media Podcast Network. On the Skinny Confidential Him and Her Podcast, they discuss wellness, business, and lifestyle tips. I love listening to the episodes where Lauryn shares her routines: for example, she has a very thorough podcast on her morning routine. I highly recommend you listen to that episode!

Oprah Super Soul Conversations

Oprah selects guests whom she is inspired by. I love listening to this podcast as Oprah and her guests share so much wisdom and insight on life. She asks thought provoking questions and I love listening to these meaningful conversations!

Heather Dubrow’s World

I love Heather Dubrow’s World podcast! Heather is a former housewife from Orange County. On the podcast, she shares details about her life, interviews interesting guests and is so funny! I love keeping up to date with her and her friends (especially Lindsay Dickhout) and this is a podcast that I listen to religiously! It always puts me in a good mood!

Bachelor Happy Hour with Rachel & Becca

Confession: I have been watching the Bachelor franchise for several years now. Each season, I get emotionally invested in the love and drama and can’t seem to stop watching. I love this podcast, as Rachel and Becca recap the episodes, sharing their unique perspective on what is happening in the series. They also interview former Bachelor and Bachelorette alum, which is always fun and interesting to listen to!

Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe

Kaitlyn Bristowe is a also a former Bachelorette. On her podcast, she talks all things about the franchise, as well as sharing details on her life and interviewing fun and interesting guests! She is extremely funny and outgoing, far different from my personality, so I love listening to her podcast and getting her perspective!

Informative:

Nutrition Facts with Dr. Greger

One of my favorite books, How Not To Die, was written by Dr. Greger. Through his podcast and the book, Dr. Greger encourages us to eat a plant-based diet. He shares astounding facts and information about food and vegetables. He is one of my favorite doctors and I love his message. I am not fully vegan or plant-based yet, but everytime I listen to his podcast, I strive to eat healthier!

Kwik Brain with Jim Kwik

Jim Kwik’s short podcast episodes are designed to help you and your brain reach peak and optimal performance. Jim shares tips on how we can learn faster, absorb knowledge and actually remember it. Jim explains things in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend his podcast if you are interested in learning more about learning!

Ted Talks Daily

Ted Talks Daily is a compilation of talks on almost every subject imaginable. There is bound to be a talk on a topic you are interested in! I listen to this podcast when I find a talk that sparks my interests.
